From the North

Take I-5 SOUTH toward downtown San Diego. Exit towards SASSAFRAS ST/SAN DIEGO AIRPORT.  Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto KETTNER BLVD. Turn LEFT onto W. LAUREL STREET. Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE. Look for The Fifth Avenue Financial Centre on the immediate left.

From the South

Take I-5 NORTH toward downtown San Diego. Exit 6TH AVENUE toward DOWNTOWN. Proceed through intersection and turn RIGHT on 5TH AVENUE. The Fifth Avenue Financial Centre is on the LEFT eight blocks up, between LAUREL and MAPLE Streets.

From the East

Take I-8 WEST towards BEACHES. Merge onto CA-163 S toward DOWNTOWN. Take EXIT 2C toward UNIVERSITY AVE.  Stay STRAIGHT at light go onto 6TH AVE approximately 1.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto LAUREL ST.  Turn RIGHT onto 5TH AVE. Look for The Fifth Avenue Financial Centre on the immediate left.

Take 94 WEST toward downtown San Diego.   Take I-5 NORTH toward downtown San Diego. Exit 6TH AVENUE toward DOWNTOWN. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.  Stay STRAIGHT to go onto ELM ST. Turn RIGHT on 5TH AVENUE. The Fifth Avenue Financial Centre on the LEFT eight blocks up, between LAUREL and MAPLE Streets.

Parking

Pay parking is available in the building—the entrance for parking is on Maple Street. In addition, both free and metered parking may be available on the street.
